What is Nyx Virtual Solution?
We're a small creative team that helps businesses get their work done. Instead of hiring freelancers or signing big contracts, you buy a monthly plan with tickets. Submit a task, we handle it. Simple.
How does the ticket system work?
Every task costs tickets based on how urgent it is:
- Low Priority: 1 ticket - Completed in 1-14 days
- Medium Priority: 2 tickets - Completed in 1-7 days
- High Priority: 3 tickets - Completed in 1-5 days
- Urgent Priority: 4 tickets - Completed in 1-3 days
What does "Active Tasks at a Time" mean?
It means how many tasks we can work on at the same time for you. Different plans have different limits:
- LAUNCH Plan: 2 Active Tasks at a Time
- SCALE Plan: 3 Active Tasks at a Time
- DOMINATE Plan: 5 Active Tasks at a Time
What types of tasks can I create?
Pretty much anything creative. Here's what we do:
- Website: Custom websites with modern design and SEO
- Funnel: Sales funnels
- Automation: Business automation and workflow optimization
- Graphics: Social media graphics, logos, banners, brand assets
- Email Marketing: Email campaigns that engage and convert
- Content Writing: Blog posts, website content, social media copy
- SEO: Search engine optimization services

- Other: Any additional creative service you need
Do unused tickets roll over?
What's rollover? It means tickets you don't use this month don't disappear - they carry over so you can use them later.
Whether your tickets roll over depends on your plan:
- LAUNCH Plan: No rollover - Tickets expire at month-end
- SCALE Plan: Tickets roll over for up to 60 days
- DOMINATE Plan: Tickets roll over for up to 90 days
Can I request revisions on completed tasks?
Yep! Revisions are included, but how many you get depends on your plan:
Monthly Subscription Plans:
- LAUNCH Plan: 3 revisions per task
- SCALE Plan: 5 revisions per task
- DOMINATE Plan: 10 revisions per task
One-Time Plans:
- ESSENTIAL Plan: 1 revision per task
- STANDARD Plan: 2 revisions per task
- ADVANCED Plan: 2 revisions per task
Important stuff:
- You can ask for revisions while the task is in "Review" status
- Once it's marked "Completed", that's it - no more revisions on that task
- Need changes after completion? Create a new task ticket
- Big changes or adding new stuff might cost extra tickets
So make sure you check everything during the Review stage!
Can I change my subscription plan?
Yep, you can change plans anytime. Just know that we don't do prorated charges - you'll pay the full price for the new plan and your billing date resets. Make sure your current plan period is done before you upgrade.
Is there a contract or cancellation fee?
Nope! All plans are month-to-month, no contracts. Cancel whenever you want, no fees, no hassle. Your cancellation kicks in at the end of your current billing cycle.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't do refunds because we put real work into every task. But we'll keep tweaking things until you're happy. If something's not right, we fix it. That's our approach.
How do I track my tasks?
You can track everything in our app:
- See task status (Pending, In Progress, Review, Revision Requested, Completed)
- Get notifications via email
- Communicate with our team via group chat in the app
- Download completed work files

What are Virtual Meetings?
Virtual Meetings are video calls where you can talk to us directly. All monthly plans include them. Schedule whenever works for you - we use them for kickoffs, check-ins, feedback, or just planning what's next.
Do all plans include Free Hosting & CRM?
Only monthly plans get free hosting and CRM. LAUNCH, SCALE, and DOMINATE all include it. One-time plans don't.
What that means:
- Website Hosting: We host your site for free. No need to pay for separate hosting.
- CRM Software: Free CRM tools to manage contacts, leads, and customers
Both are set up automatically when you subscribe. Saves you a few hundred bucks a month on hosting and software.
What is a Dedicated Account Manager (DOMINATE Plan)?
The DOMINATE plan comes with a dedicated account manager - basically your main contact person. They help you:
- Use your tickets wisely and plan projects better
- Get your tasks moved to the front of the queue
- Give you insights on what's working and what's not
- Be your go-to person for everything
It's like having a dedicated person who makes sure you're getting the most out of your plan.
Do you offer One-Time Projects or Plans?
Yep, we do one-time projects too. Good if you just need something done once. Monthly plans are better value if you have ongoing work.
Here are the one-time options:
- ESSENTIAL ($149): 5 Task Tickets - For small one-time projects. Includes 1 active task, basic priority level, and 1 revision per task. 30-day access.
- STANDARD ($199): 10 Task Tickets - For one-time projects. Includes 1 active task, standard priority levels, and 2 revisions per task. 30-day access.
- ADVANCED ($249): 15 Task Tickets - For one-time projects. Includes 2 active tasks, all priority levels, and 2 revisions per task. 30-day access.
All one-time plans include 30-day access, real-time in-app support, kickoff and end-of-project review meetings, and Monday-Friday operations. For ongoing work, monthly subscription plans offer better value with more features like rollover, top-up, and additional revisions. What are your business hours and operations?
We work 10PM to 6AM Philippines time, which is morning/daytime in the US (around 9AM-5PM EST / 6AM-2PM PST). So we're working while you're working, and you wake up to updates ready for review.
- Monday through Friday only
- Delivery times are in business days (weekends don't count)
- We respond to support requests within 24 hours, weekdays only
- Urgent tasks can be done in 1-3 business days
- Your stuff gets worked on during US business hours
This setup means we can collaborate in real-time during the day, and you get updates overnight.
What are the Ticket Limits and Top-Up Rules?
You can buy extra tickets (top-up) whenever you need them. Important: Top-up only works if you have an active monthly plan. Here's how it works:
- Minimum purchase: 5 tickets per top-up
- Price per ticket: Varies by plan - LAUNCH Plan: $14.95, SCALE Plan: $12.48, DOMINATE Plan: $5.83
- Availability: Only available for active monthly subscription plans (LAUNCH, SCALE, or DOMINATE)
- Top-up limit: You can only top up to your plan's maximum ticket limit
- Immediate availability: Tickets are added to your account right away
- Top-up tickets expire: They follow the same expiration rules as your plan's tickets
Top-ups are great when you have unexpected work or urgent tasks and you've used up your monthly tickets. Why does it cost more? Your base plan covers your normal workload. When you top-up, you're asking for extra work beyond that, so it costs a bit more per ticket.

- LAUNCH Plan: $14.95 per ticket
- SCALE Plan: $12.48 per ticket
- DOMINATE Plan: $5.83 per ticket (Cheapest - Save up to 61%!)
Why is DOMINATE cheapest? DOMINATE is for teams that use a lot of tickets consistently. We've set things up to handle that volume efficiently, so we can offer top-up tickets at the same price as base tickets (no markup). If you often need extra tickets, DOMINATE is your best bet!
